- Returns — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs), subject to the conditions below.
- Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unwashed, undamaged),
In the original packaging with all tags and accessories, and
Include the original order number or proof of purchase.
Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (for example: intimate items, perishable goods, or custom / personalized products). If an item is non-returnable, this will be stated on the product page.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide:

A brief description of the issue, and
Clear photos or a short video showing the problem.
We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or a full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs when applicable.
- How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at [support email] with the subject line “Return Request — [Order #]” and include the information noted above. We will reply with return instructions and an RMA (return authorization) if the return is approved.
- Return Shipping & Costs
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the return is a result of our error (wrong item shipped or defective product), we will cover or reimburse return shipping costs.
Use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for returns — we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
- Refunds (if approved)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please place a new order for the preferred item and return the original item for a refund (if it meets return conditions). If an exchange option is available, we will provide instructions when you contact us.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after we’ve confirmed approval:

- Cancelling an Order
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled — you may instead follow our returns process after delivery.
